LORVIXA Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the LORVIXA Affiliate Program.
By registering and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commission Eligibility

1. Commissions are earned only on completed and valid purchases made through your unique affiliate link.

2. If a customer cancels or returns an order, the related commission will be voided.

3. LORVIXA reserves the right to review all transactions and withhold or cancel commissions resulting from fraudulent, suspicious, or non-compliant activities.

2. Commission Approval & Payouts

1. Commissions are approved 14 days after the customer’s purchase to account for cancellations or returns.

2. Once a payout request is submitted, payments are processed within 4 to 7 business days.

3. The minimum payout threshold is €100. No payments will be issued until this amount is reached.

3. Payment Methods

1. Earnings will be paid via [Specify: PayPal / Bank Transfer / E-Wallet].

2. Any transaction or transfer fees are the responsibility of the affiliate partner.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

1. Affiliates may promote LORVIXA using websites, blogs, social media platforms, email marketing, or other legal marketing methods.

2. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

   • Misleading or false advertising.

   • Spamming (unsolicited bulk emails or messages).

   • Bidding on the LORVIXA trademark or similar variations in paid ads without prior written consent.

   • Creating websites, ads, or content that misrepresent LORVIXA as the official store.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

1. Affiliates must keep all customer and store-related information strictly confidential.

2. Sharing, selling, or misusing customer data is strictly prohibited.

6. Non-Transferability of Earnings

1. Commissions are non-transferable and can only be paid to the registered affiliate account holder.

2. No third-party transfers of earnings will be allowed.

7. Termination of Participation

1. LORVIXA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion if these terms are violated.

2. Fraudulent or invalid commissions will be withheld without exception.

8. Updates to the Terms

LORVIXA may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
